Rebuild Potrero Project – The Rebuild Potrero Project has been in the planning stages for several years. The goal is to replace 1,200 housing units with 5,000 housing units of mixed living: subsidized housing, low income and market rate housing. The initial plan was to have 10,000 housing units, but due to public feedback, the number of units has been reduced to 5,000. Yet, the density rate continues to be of concern to many in the community. This is a long term project, over 15 years, but it is worth your time to learn about what is happening around the corner from you. Visit Rebuild Potrero
